Parties at Club Royal

Club Royal members can host their own parties, which is defined as a group of more than five guests hosted by a member.

Parties must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance.

Private events include up to 40 total guests (total includes Club Royal members and non-members), two lifeguards for the duration of the event, reservation of three covered picnic tables, one reserved grill.

$75 of the total is a refundable cleaning fee based on the condition of the pool after the event. Rental agreement will include cleaning check-list.

Add-on options:

  • $25 add-on for each additional 10 guests over 40 (every 20 guests would include an additional lifeguard), up to 80 total guests max, if you want to book a party for a larger group, please reach out to [email protected] to discuss.
  • $50 add-on to reserve the lawn area, bar area, and two extra tables (pool staff will put out signage) for the event, the member reserving the event is welcome to set up games or rent an inflatable to be used in the lawn area. There is an outlet accessible along the fence.
  • $75 Add-on for balloons from Pop It’s a Party – front entrance pouf and garland in the covered pavilion
