Parties at Club Royal

Club Royal members can host their own parties, which are defined as parties with more than five guests hosted by a member.

Parties must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance.

Party rentals include up to 40 total participants (total includes Club Royal members and non-members), two lifeguards for the duration of the event, reservation of three covered picnic tables, and one reserved grill. Rentals are for two hours.

$50 of the total is a refundable cleaning fee based on the condition of the pool after the event. Rental agreement will include a cleaning requirements check-list.

Add-on options:

  • $25 add-on for each additional 10 participants over 40, up to 80 total participants max (as outlined above). Additional lifeguards will be hired for larger parties based on availability. If you want to book a party for a larger group, please reach out to [email protected] to discuss.
  • $25 add-on to reserve the bar area, and two extra tables (pool staff will put out signage) for the event
  • $50 add-on to reserve the lawn area (pool staff will put out signage) for the event, the member reserving the event is welcome to set up games or rent an inflatable to be used in the lawn area. There is an electrical outlet accessible along the fence. The member reserving the event must confirm the suitability of the facilities for their use.
  • $75 Add-on for balloons from Pop It’s a Party – front entrance pouf and garland in the covered pavilion

The following is only a request for a pool party rental. After you complete the form, someone will be in touch to confirm availability, event details, and payment.

Pool parties at the Club Royal Pool cannot interfere with scheduled or planned Club Royal Pool activities. The pool will remain open for other members’ use during rentals; party rentals do not include private use of the pool.

No. The pool will be open to members and scheduled Club Royal Pool activities.

Only Club Royal Members are able to book party rentals at the pool.

You will get reserved use of the three covered picnic tables, lifeguards as defined in the Rental Agreement, and one reserved grill. All of our Board Members are volunteers and it also helps us prepare for your event. If you choose not to pay for a Pool Party that only includes Club Royal members, that is OK, but tables might not be available for your event.

You must be a Club Royal member to host a party, and if you have more than five guests, you will need to submit an application for a Rental Agreement for a Pool Party.
